After-School Chess Instructor (Part-Time)

Locations: Bay Area, CA & Massachusetts

Help children discover the joy of learning through chess.

At Four Knights Chess Academy, we believe a great instructor does more than teach chess. They create a classroom where children feel challenged, supported, and excited to learn.

We're always looking for enthusiastic instructors who enjoy working with children, bring positive energy to every class, and help students build confidence through chess.

You don't need to be a Grandmaster. We're looking for educators who care about children, enjoy teaching, and are committed to creating an engaging learning experience.

Who We're Looking For

We'd love to hear from you if you:

• Love working with children ages 5–16
• Can confidently lead and manage a classroom
• Create a positive, encouraging, and engaging learning environment
• Have a solid understanding of chess; we provide the curriculum, training, and teaching resources—you bring the enthusiasm, professionalism, and ability to inspire young learners
• Are reliable, organized, and eager to grow as an instructor
